[21a-P8-2] Electrochemical properties of Na2O-TiO2-SiO2 glasses

To find promising anode active materials for sodium ion batteries become key issue to realize rare metal free rechargeable batteries. We focused titano-silicate system as a host material for anode in sodium ion batteries. In this study we examined fundamental physical properties as well as electrochemical property of (25-x)Na2O-(50+x)TiO2-25SiO2(mol%) glasses. We confirmed reversible charge and discharge reaction for Na cell at room temperature with good cyclic performance up to 100 cycles at 1C rate.
