Recently, we have proposed a novel thermal pressing technique for the formation of glass/magnetic-film/glass structures. These hybrid structures have attracted interest due to their potential application in magnetic 3D devices, spin-injection devices, and spin quantum cross devices. In this study, as the first attempt towards the creation of novel spintronic devices, we demonstrate the formation of Ni78Fe22 thin films sandwiched between borate glasses and investigate their structural and magnetic properties.
