BEAMing(Beads, Emulsions, Amplification, Magetics) method is known as a high-sensitivity gene mutation detection technology, and has been proposed to detect a trace amount circulating tumor DNA in the blood. BEAMing method are sequentially carried out in the manual method the steps of the Pre-amplification / Beads emulsification / Emulsion PCR / Emulsion break / Hybridization / Flow cytometry. We are microfluidics of the entire process for the purpose of automation of the BEAMing technology since the large-scale clinical trials have been determined in the future. In this study, we report the results that we have carried out an initial assessment of the part process.
