We study a centrifugal microfluidic device intended for fully automated immunoassay process. We carried out the study in order to realize a liquid replacement in the reaction chamber for the immunoassay process. As a result, we successfully developed the devices that able to execute liquid replacement autonomously by just steadily rotating the device.
