Atmospheric-pressure plasma (APP) has recently emerged as a novel tool in medicine to realize drug-molecule transfer technology which is minimally invasive and high efficiency. As we assumed the treatment in vivo, we try to generate the micro plasma in liquid and apply it to transfer of the drug simulated molecule to the cell. We investigate the effect of reactive species on drug simulated molecule transfer to the cell. And it is observed that the irradiation of micro plasma in case with 50 μM hydrogen peroxide could promote the cell membrane permeability. The presentation will contain the measurement result of the short-lifetime reactive species which is increased by 50 μM hydrogen peroxide addition.
