We are study on the wide-area environmental monitoring by using a small size vehicle-mounted hyperspectral camera, such as drones. For example, the surface reflection must be deleted from when we obtain the spectral absorbance of internal leaves and sea. But the surface reflection is necessary when we do the illuminant-color correction. The multi-slit which has p-polarization and s- polarization is installed at the conjugate plane in the one-shot Fourier spectrometer. In this report, we describe red tide early detection by wide-area mapping of the chlorophyll concentration in ocean. The wide-area mapping of the chlorophyll concentration is obtained by ultra-small (weight: 150 [g]) size one-shot Fourier spectral imaging devices which is mounted on the fixed-wing type UAV.
