[21p-P12-7] Measurements of scintillation response of GAGG crystals to γ rays at a temperature of 77 K

For analyzing the physical characteristic of a scintillator, we conducted measurements of the scintillation light response of Gd₃Al₃Ga₃O₁₂(GAGG:Ce) crystals to γ rays in cryogenic region. In the scintillation light detector, an avalanche photodiode (APD) was used as the light detector, and FET was placed at the first stage of the charge sensitive preamplifier for detecting the scintillation light in 77K.
