While environmental issues are serious, new method of energy supply using aluminum is planned. Conventional alumina reduction system releases carbon dioxide. In this study, alumina reduction system using Laser Sustained Plasma is used to prevent carbon dioxide from being released. However, aluminum collection system has not been developed yet. So, we propose reduced aluminum collection system using difference of freezing point between aluminum and oxygen and report the experimental result.
