[22a-P4-11] Electrical and Structural Properties of Nd1-xSrxFeO3-d Thin Film Prepared by RF Magnetron Sputtering

We have prepared the Nd1-xSrxFeO3 (x = 0~1.0) thin film by RF magnetron sputtering using ceramics target. The thin films were charcterized by XRD, AC impedance method and soft-X-ray spectroscopy. The lattice constant and electrical conductivity strongly depend on Sr concentration and film thickness. In this presentation, we will discuss the details of electrical and structural properties in commparison with La1-xSrxFeO3 thin film.
