In this study, We used the nanofiber made from perylenetetracarboxyl diimide(PTCDI) and embedded in poly(methyl methacrylate)(PMMA) to form composite films. Furthermore, I investigated electrical property with changing the ratios of PTCDI, doping concentration. In addition, the p-n junction diode was prepared by combining n-type nanofiber composite films and p-type nanofiber composite films. Then I investigated rectifying characteristics and temperature dependence of I-V characteristics.
