[22a-W351-9] Emission Properties of an Organic Semiconductor Crystal on an Inorganic Semiconductor Diffraction Grating

We fabricated an optical device by laminating an organic semiconductor crystal onto an inorganic semiconductor diffraction grating and measured its emission properties. Light emission from the device was composed of peaks, which changed their wavelength positions by rotating the device according to the symmetry of the grating.
