We had developed the molecular epitaxy system where the perovskite oxide thin films can be fabricated with control of thickness by monolayer level. This technology, as well as a moving mask, are combined to develop a combinatorial system dedicated to fabrication of the organic thin films. An introduction of the new system and the characterization of the perovskite solar cell will be presented.
