We perform post-process modification of photonic crystal in which functional part is additionally furnished by AFM lithography or AFM manipulation on pre-patterned photonic crystal. Because organic functional material is very attractive, we need a process which can introduce the organic material into the photonic crystal. In this report, we confirm that mode gap cavity is successfully created by introducing ionic liquid which we can use as solvent of organic functional material.
