We fabricated the D-flip-flop (D-FF) circuit composed of organic single-crystal CMOS made by printing-technique. The D-FF operated with 26.5 kHz sampling clock frequency that corresponded to International Standard for Near Field Communication. We further demonstrated the multibit digital transmission for RFID tag by using three connected D-FF.
