Benzo-thiadiazole derivatives form polycrystalline films whose domain is very large, and the polycrystalline films have very small amount of defect. Then, high hole mobility was observed in the films by TOF measurement. In addition, they exhibit highly efficient PL. In this presentation, we report their phase transition behavior, electronic and optical properties in detail.
