We fabricated a flexible thermoelectric generator based on the organic-inorganic composited of Bismuth telluride and PEDOT:PSS. The composite was printed on a flexible poly-imide film followed by annealing at 200 degree C in Ar for 1 hour. The flexible device was made in large area with thick films, therefore the micro-Watt electrical output power was measured even at room temperature. The measured Seebeck coefficient of the composite was roughly explained by a conventional model, but the electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity were not agreed with a conventional model. We considered that the interfacial resistance between an organic material and an inorganic material cannot be negligible in the present study. The thermal design of the flexible module is also important to improve the output power of the device in additon to the material developments. I will talk about the development of the flexible device from the point of view of the thermal design.
