[5p-PA1-34] Domain structures and electrical transport properties of polycrystalline graphene with several domain size

Physical properties of materials are strongly related to their domain structures. Here, polycrystalline graphene with several domain sizes has been investigated in terms of domain structures and electrical transport properties. The polycrystalline graphene were characterized by optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, low energy electron microscopy, atomic force microscopy, X-ray photoemission spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy, and back-gate FET measurement. As a result, it is indicated that electrical conductivity and crystallinity of graphene degrade as mean domain size decrease.
