[5p-PA1-35] Growth of curved graphene by thermal CVD method using Copper nanoparticles

We prepared graphene with curved structure by thermal CVD method using metal nanoparticles as a template. The Raman spectrum of the substrate surface after the thermal CVD process using Fe nanoparticles was observed, and a peak considered to be 2D band of graphene was observed. However, it is suggested that a mass of irregular structure such as structural defect and/or amorphous carbon was contained because the 2D band was broad. In this presentation, we will discuss the results of Raman spectra case of using Cu nanoparticles in this thermal CVD method.<o:p></o:p>
