[5p-PA1-40] Simplified Estimation of Crystallographic Orientation of Strained Graphene by Micro-Raman Spectroscopy

So far, the crystallographic orientation of strain has been derived with the polarized Raman spectroscopy. When a commercial micro-Raman spectroscopy system is used, however, it is not easy to accurately determine the orientation of the polarizer inserted in the system, the error of which is directly connected to the error of strain orientation. Here, we developed a simple method for determining the orientations of strain and the polarizer simultaneously by using the polarization dependence of subband intensity of Raman G and 2D bands.
