Cyclic voltammetry measurements of a graphene sheet were carried out under applying a back gate voltage to investigate the correlation between electrochemical properties and density of states of graphene. The graphene sheet was prepared by chemical vapor deposition on copper foils and transferred onto SiO2/Si (SiO2 = 300 nm) substrates. The reaction rate of electron transfer of the graphene sheet was decreased when the fermi level was shifted by applying a back gate voltage to the direction in which the density of states decreased. We have evaluated the correlation between electrochemical properties and the density of states of graphene.
