[5p-PA3-4] Accumulated Charge Measurement of H₂Pc under Light Illumination

Recently,we reported accumulated charge measurment (ACM).The injection barrier height can be determined by this measurement.A structure used this measurement is similar to actual device structure,so we can estimate the barrier height included various influences,for example traps,interfaces.However,carrior injection was incomplete when barrier height was big,this event caused that estimated barrier height was uncorrect.Therefore,we experimented with ACM and light illumination.Light illumination promotes carrior injection,so we can determine more clear barrier height.
