In this paper, we discuss the effect of polar solvent on the uniform deposition of chemical mist deposited Nafion for efficient passivation layer on textured c-Si. By adjusting a type of solvent, the unifrom deposition of Nafion was observed, which improved the minoroty carrier lifetime.
