[5p-PB3-18] N-Si/PEDOT:PSS HOT Solar Cells with bar-coated AgNW and PEDOT:PSS

In this paper, we demonstrate the fine structure of bar-coated PEDOT:PSS and Ag nanowire (AgNW) and its application to c-Si/organic (HOT) solar cells. The optical anisotropy and the depth profile of PSS/PEDOT depend on the traveling speed of bar. Also, the configuration of AgNW was alligned toward the bar traveling direction. The role of bar-coated SiNW is discussed for the efficient c-Si/PEDOT:PSS junction solar cells.
