In a decade, there were some reports which indicated the existance of ferromagnetism at the interface between non magnetic oxides, LaAlO3/SrTiO3. However, it had been doubt as magnetic impurities because of its high Curie temperature and its inhomogeneous magnetic structure observed in scanning SQUID microscopy. In our previous reports, we have reported the direct evidence of intrinsic ferromagnetism at room temperature through observing homogeneous magnetic domains in Laser-excited photoelectron emission microscopy. Furthermore, we newly studied the LaAlO3 thickness and temperature dependence of the magnetism so that we will talk about the results in the talk.
