Lead halide perovskite thin films were fabricated by using lead halide perovskite single crystals as vapor deposition sources. Using a single crystal as an evaporation source realized better reproducibility of the film fabrication compared with the conventional vacuum deposition method. We succeeded to fabricate MAPbI3, FAPbI3 and MAPbBr3 films with good crystallinity by using the present method. On the other hand, with a MAPbI3/MAPbBr3 laminated film prepared by the sequential deposition of each single crystal, changes with time in the film properties were observed, implying that a formation of mixture of MAPbI3 and MAPbBr3 could be occurred.
