[6a-C13-7] Design of curved taper interlayer coupler for multilayered photonic integrated circuits

In this presantation, novel design of silicon photonics interlayer coupler with curved taper structure will be presanted. By introduction of curved taper, we can reduce the device length to less than 100 micrometers for the interlayer distance of 1 micrometer.
