[6a-C13-8] Fully-Automatic Calibration for Large-Scale Silicon Photonic Switch

We are developing 32×32 Si-wire optical switches with 1024 thermo-optic MZI element switches. Previously, calibration of all element switches were manually performed. It took several days to calibrate them. The calibration time is directly related to the cost. In this report, fast and accutrate calibration for a 32x32 switch is numerically demonstrated by proposed algorithms within an hour.
