[6a-C19-2] Fabrication of Metallic CNT Thin Films towards Electric Power Generation by Electrolyte Solution Flow

In this presentation, we will show AFM images of CNT thin films. Here we used metallic CNTs separated by gel column chromatography, which has stable carrier density against the environment change. We used high quality eDIPS-SWCNT (Meijo NanoCarbon) as a starting material. Thin film fabrication was done by filtration method developed by Prof. Kono in Rice University. By lowering the filtration speed, we can easily get aligned CNT film.
