[6a-PA2-1] Development of Microscope for 4D Cell Imaging

We are now developing a “4D Imaging System” to realize the real time imaging of more wider, deeper area with super-resolution in a living tissue using near infrared two-photon excitation and nipkow disk beam scanner. To realize that, we are developing a high-power femtosecond pulsed fiber laser and microscope system. And we demonstrated the perfomance of the system with samples.
