We report the multifrequency swept OCT microscope which permits in-vivo en-face OCT measurement by employing a supercontinuum light source.Tomographic vibrational measurements of organ of Corti of a guinea pig was successfully conducted. The measurement rage of depth scan and the depth imaging resolution were approximately 180 and 1.8 micrometer, respectively. The sensitivity of vibration amplitude was approximately 2 nm.
