[6a-S22-1] [Plasma Electronics Award Speech] A Development of Large-Scale Synthesis Method of Al-doped TiO2 Nanopowder using Pulse-Modulated Induction Thermal Plasmas with Time-Controlled Feedstock Feeding

Recently, Al-doped TiO2 nanopowder is receiving great attension as Vis.-light active photocatalyst and row medical material for atomic dermatitis. In this presentation, Pulse-modulated induction thermal plasma was adopted with time-controlling feedstock feeding method to produce large amount of Al-doped TiO2 nanopowder. As a result, size-controlled Al-doped TiO2 nanopowder was successfully synthesized with high production rate of about 400 g/h at the input power of 20 kW.
