Revealing the correlation between the active site and the function is of great importance to understand heterogonous catalysis. Clusters can be considered as a division of various active sites into each site. Therefore, we can investigate kinds of structures or compositions contributing to the catalytic activity by measuring the size-dependence of the cluster. In this work, we report the size-selective synthetic method of tin oxide clusters and the size dependence on CO oxidation reactions.
