[6a-S44-9] Near-infrared localized surface plasmon resonance of VO2 nanoparticles

We fabricated VO2 nanoparticles on quartz substrate using sputtering deposition and lamp annealing. It was found that the particle diameter can be controlled by changing the oxygen pressure in lamp annealing. The nanoparticles fabricated here indicate localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) in the range of 1200-1600 nm over 69 ℃. Furthermore, we succeeded in LSPR at room temperature by W-doped VO2 nanoparticles.
