Although solar cells, expected to be a new energy resource, are mainly based on crystalline silicon in the market, development of solar cells with a lower cost is still necessary. In this study, we prepared an aluminum pastes for silicon solar cells. The production process was optimized to be 17.8% conversion efficiency in a complete non-vacuum process.
