[6p-A401-10] Electrochemical Impedance Measurement of Lithium Ion Batteries with Si Swarf Anode during Cycles at Limited Delithiation/Lithiation Capacity

Cyclability of anode with Si swarf in Li ion batteries is investigated. With limitation of delithiation capacity at 1500 mAh/g after deep lithiation, the delithiation capacity keeps constant at 1500 mAh/g up to the 280th cycles, and the charge transfer resistance is only 6.4~3.3 Ω because of suppression of peeling-off of Si during lithiation/delithiation cycles. With limitation of lithiation capacity at 1500 mAh/g after deep delithiation, the delithiation capacity keeps constant at 1470 mAh/g up to the 138th cycles, and the charge transfer resistance is 13.3~10.1 Ω due to peeling-off of Si during lithiarion/delithiation cycles.
