[6p-A402-2] Spectroscopy of ultraweak biochemiluminescence induced by heat shock
Keywords:Biophoton, Spectroscopy
Living body universally emit extremely weak light mainly derived from radicals such as active oxygen associated with cellular respiration. We have clarified that this luminescence serves as an index for measuring the intensity when external stimulus is applied to the living body to become stress. In this research, spectroscopic measurements were performed on the luminescence induced by heat shock examined so far. It was suggested that a change in luminescence intensity was confirmed in a specific wavelength region and that the source of luminescence induced by heat shock was a specific radical reaction.
