We reported the influence of the self-organized phase-separated interface morphology on the transistor characteristics. It was found that the phase-separated interface of the blend film is rougher than the interface of bilayer films and the electrical characteristics are inferior. However, by SVA, a flat interface was self-organized and the transistor characteristics were improved. We are trying to form a flat phase-separated interface without SVA.
