Keywords:organic semiconductor, molecular orientation, pMAIRS

Molecular orientation in an organic semiconductor thin film is a key factor to be used in an electronic device. The IR pMAIRS technique is a useful tool for revealing the molecular orientation in a thin film. In the present study, the orientation of functional groups of ZnTPP is studied by using the IR pMAIRS technique. As a result, the drastic orientational change of the porphyrin ring of ZnTPP is found by immersing in an organic solvent.
