[6p-A413-9] Site-selective formation of nanocrystals and device fabrication using nanoscale electrocrystallization

We have developed the "Nanoscale electrocrystallization" as a novel eco-friendly nanofabrication for the next generation. In this method, nanocrystals were formed only in the gap between two electrochemical electrodes. Furthermore, nanocrystals were bridged between the electrodes. Here we report the fabrication of band insulator nanocrystals, and electrical characteristics of acceptor-based nanocrystals.
