[6p-A501-21] Quantum Dot-based Solar Cells with Highly Transparent Conductive Oxides for Enhanced Photocurrent in the Short-wavelength Infrared Region
Keywords:Colloid quantum dots, ZnO nanowires, Short-wave infrared solar cells
We focused on high-mobility Ta-doped SnO2 (TTO) thin films to enhance the efficiency of PbS CQD/ZnO NW solar cells in the short-wave infrared region. The solar cells were fabricated by combining PbS CQDs showing 1.6 μm exciton peak and TTO substrates. The EQE (@1.6 μm) obtained on the solar cells with conventional F-doped SnO2substrates was 20%, whereas the cells with the TTO substrates gave 38% EQE, which is the highest values reported on CQD-based solar cells.
