Human motion and vital sigh in real time would be expected to be the important for the human engineering. We fabricated the smart insoles with the films type organic piezoelectric sensors and investigated the human motion sensing in real time by using the wireless systems. The output signals of several sensors on the insoles showed the important information, such as the weight shift, the habit, and the pronation during walking.
