Carbon nanotube (CNT)-polymer thermoelectric composites show strong anisotropy of the thermoelectric characteristics due to the orientation of CNTs in the composite. We used solvent-less printing for the fabrication of CNT-polymer composites to improve the orientation of CNTs in the composite. We evaluated characteristics of thermoelectric devices composed of CNT-polymer composites fabricated by solvent-less printing.
