We prepare a simple p-n junction thermoelectric generator using reported molecular conductors and demonstrate the power output characteristics for this device. A single crystal of (BTBT)2AsF6 as a p-type thermoelectric material and a single crystal of Cu(DMDCNQI)2 as a n-type thermoelectric material are used. At room temperature, the resistivity of this device is 191 ohm and the Seebeck coefficient is 58.3 uV/K which demonstrate sum of the both thermoelectric materials. The maximum value of power output of 0.41 nW is observed at a temperature difference of 10 K. Then, the power output per area normalized to the sum of cross-sectional area of both crystals achieve 36 uW/cm2.
