[6p-C16-8] Basic transport properties of atomically thin semiconducting films

Using atomic-scale thin film of metal dichalcogenides layered material, we have developed semiconducting channel for future electronics. We investigated basic transport properties, particularly scattering property of carrier transport. Detail of the above experiments and further possible developments of the atomically thin film applications will be discussed.
