[6p-C16-9] Thermal Transport Properties of Transition Metal Dichalcogenides Hetero Structures

We measured thermal transport properties of transition metal dichalcogenides hetero-structures by Raman spectroscopy. Excitaiton power dependence and temperature dependence of redshift of Raman peaks enable the estimation of increased temperature by light power injection. The light induced tempearture increase of MoS2 layer in hetero-structure (on MoSe2) is larger than that on SiO2 substrate. This implies that thermalconductivity of MoS2 is surpressed with formation of hetero-structure.
