We can obtain three-dimensional microstructures of materials of chemical composition and density infomations with ~100 nm effective spatial resolution uisng synchrotron radiation-based imaging tomograpy. Examples of allication to exteaterrestrial materials inxcluding Hayabusa samples will be introduced.
