Superconducting acceleration cavity is used in ILC as an acceleration technology for 250GeV electrons and positrons. High acceleration field in the cavity center axis without wall loss can be maintained and an acceleration energy can be transferred to beams with high efficiency. The accelerated beam is squeezed their size into nm level for high luminosity. This paper introduce the advanced technology of the high performance accelerator.
