Due to the recent massive traffic of people and products, the easy and rapid microorganism testing method, which everyone can use on the spot, is desired. Single-particle measurements by pore devices are promising technology for the solution of that issue. In this study, aiming to enhance the particle detection by pore devices, we fabricated the multi-pore devices where plural pores were formed on the same substrate and evaluated the pore design and the detection rate of particles.
