We carried out SWCNT growth from Rh catalysts on various Al2O3 buffer layers. We investigated effects of crystallinity, oxidation degree and porosity of Al2O3 buffer layers on SWCNT yield and will discuss enhancement mechanism of SWCNT yield from Rh catalsyts on Al2O3 buffer layers.
