[7a-C13-2] Bayesian-Regression Analysis of Band-Gap Energies of Semiconducting Silicides

A statistical model of band-gap energies of semiconducting silicides was investigated by Bayesian-regression analysis. The most likelihood regression model which consists of descriptors (a lattice constant, an average density of valence electrons and the most neighbor atomic spacing) was able to be selected from 23 candidate models by evaluation using Bayes factors.
